What we process

The details you give us through the form, by phone, email or WhatsApp: name, phone, email, town, property type, work requested, approximate floor area, preferred start, description and, if attached, photos of the property. Please avoid photos showing people or documents with personal data.

Purpose

To handle your request, prepare the assessment and quote, contact you about them and, if you go ahead, manage the job. We do not use your data for marketing and do not make automated decisions.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you hire us, performance of the contract and applicable legal obligations.

Photos

Attached photos are sent by email to oficina@reformavillascostadelsol.eu. The web server does not store them: they are processed in memory for sending and then discarded. We use them only to assess the work and never publish them without your express permission. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Retention

If no contract follows, we keep the request and photos only as long as needed to deal with it and no longer than twelve months after our last contact, then delete them. If you hire us, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and any legally required period.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Our web hosting and email providers act as data processors. If authorised partner installers are needed for the job, we share only what they need to do their work.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to oficina@reformavillascostadelsol.eu. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
